"A few months ago, I purchased a vehicle and added it to my insurance policy, only to realize it was a bad decision. I returned the vehicle and went for another one. However, after calling the corporate office after hours to add and remove the first vehicle, both vehicles ended up being left on my policy, which threw my bill off. The next day, I reached out to my insurance office and was fortunate to connect with Alexa Santana. She was incredibly honest and explained that my account was messed up due to someone else's mistake, but she assured me they would work closely with me to fix everything. I must say, Alexa and her staff worked diligently with me for 2-3 months to resolve the issues. She knows exactly what she's doing and was patient with me throughout the entire process. I was seriously considering leaving State Farm, but after her reassurance and commitment to fixing everything, I decided to stay, and I’m so glad I did. Thank you for your exceptional service!"
